Q. Where do you ship?
A. Australia, New Zealand, United States of America, Canada.
As we are sending from Australia, please allow extra time for delivery for any international orders. If you select the next available delivery date on the calendar, this date is only applicable for Australian customers. If you are ordering Vegan marshmallows or Marshmallow Creme jars for international delivery, please select express postage.
Q. When will I receive the marshmallows that I ordered?
A. Standard production time is 3 business days plus shipping time. During busier periods this may be longer, and will be reflected in the delivery date calendar before checkout.
At checkout you will be able to choose what date you need your order by. If you need it urgently, please email dani@marshmallowclub.com.au to confirm. All orders are sent with tracking and you will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your order is fulfilled. In times of heavy volume or extreme weather there may be a delay in delivery. We appreciate your understanding.

Q. What is the shelf life of the Marshmallows?
A. Our Marshmallows and Marshmallow products do not contain any added preservatives so they do not last forever. Marshmallows are best eaten within 2 months for optimum taste, texture and colour. Marshmallow Creme Jars, Sugarfree Marshmallows and Vegan Marshmallows are best eaten fresh but can last up to 4 weeks. Please remember that these are handmade food products. They will not last forever.
Q. How is shipping calculated?
A. All regular orders are shipped with Express Post.
Express Post does not mean that your order will be shipped straight away, it refers to the speed at which your order will move throughout the postal system.
The flat rate for domestic orders under 4kg is $16.50. There will be an option for both Standard and Express Post at the checkout for bulky orders. International shipping rates are calculated by weight so will depend on what is in your cart.
Local orders (within 8km of the Marshmallow Club Studio) are eligible for contactless hand delivery. A fee of $8 applies to orders under $50, with free delivery for anything above $50.
Oversized orders will be sent via courier and may have an additional freight charge added at the checkout.
Q. Are your marshmallows vegan/vegetarian friendly?
A. Our main product line of marshmallows contain certified Halal beef gelatine. We also have a range of vegan marshmallows. Marshmallow Club are one of the only Australian companies making and selling handmade vegan marshmallows.
Q. Do you have a sugarfree marshmallow option?
A. Yes! We have sugarfree marshmallows. They’re made with Xylitol sweetener and are suitable for both Keto and Diabetic requirements.
Q. I have allergies. Is your product ok for me?
A. Our standard marshmallows are allergy friendly. However, some variants of marshmallows contain dairy or gluten.
Other products contain items such as egg white, soy, hazelnut spread, or peanut choc chips. Please see the information on each product page for a full listing of ingredients and possible allergens.
Whilst we do try to avoid cross contamination in our kitchen, if you have severe allergies, we do not recommend ordering as we would not want you to take any risks.
Every product we send out has an ingredient list & nutritional information panel for peace of mind. We use a combination of natural and artificial colourings & flavourings. If you have an allergy we are able to use natural colourings and depending on availability, natural flavours. We do not add any preservatives to our products. However, our gelatine and colouring gels contain a small amount of preservatives so we cannot claim that our Marshmallows are preservative free.
Q. Are you able to provide marshmallows as favours/bonbonierres for my wedding?
A. Yes! We have many people order batches of Marshmallows to fill their favour boxes. If you would like to discuss custom flavour or colour combinations, send me an email: dani@marshmallowclub.com.au
