• Standard production time is 2 business days plus shipping time. During busier periods this may be longer, and will be reflected in the dispatch date calendar before checkout.
• There is a calendar at checkout to select the date that your order is required to be shipped. If you have bypassed the calendar, the next available dispatch date will be chosen.
• The date that you select is when your order will be dispatched. Please choose Express Post if your order is urgent.
NO DELIVERY DATE IS GUARANTEED. Delivery times are a guideline only.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Local orders (within 8km of the Marshmallow Club Studio) are eligible for contactless hand delivery. A fee of $8 applies to orders under $50, with free delivery for anything above $50.
• As Marshmallow products are perishable, returns are not possible.
• Orders are sent using Australia Post and Express Post whenever possible. Large orders are sent via courier which can occasionally take longer as the Marshmallow Club studio is located in a rural area.
• If you have not received your order within 10 business days (within Australia), please contact me and I will launch an investigation with the responsible delivery service. Please note that Marshmallow Club is not responsible for any delays to your order whilst it is in transit.
• All products are made to order. If you require something urgently, please let me know via the customer note box when you are checking out, or by sending an email to: dani@marshmallowclub.com.au
• All orders are sent with tracking and you will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your order is fulfilled. If you are unsure, check your junk folder or send me an email.
• In times of heavy volume or extreme weather there may be a delay in delivery. I appreciate your understanding.
