• Standard production time is 1-3 days plus shipping time. Orders are sent out three times a week.
• There is a calendar at checkout to select the date that your order is required. If you have bypassed the calendar, the next available delivery date will be chosen.
• During Covid-19 all orders under $150 are sent via Express Post at a flat rate of $12.50 nationwide. Domestic orders over $150 are eligible for free standard shipping which will be an option at the checkout. If you qualify for free shipping but would like Express Post, please select this option at the checkout

• Your order will be charged in Australian (AUD) dollars but will exclude Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. International orders cannot be marked as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
• Please double check your address and contact details for international orders as lost packages will not be replaced.
• As Marshmallow products are perishable, returns are not possible. Please refer to our returns/refund policy.
• If your order contains both regular Marshmallows as well as Subscription Box Marshmallows, I will hold the order until Subscriptions are ready before dispatching.
• Orders are sent using Australia Post and Express Post whenever possible. Large orders are sent via courier which can occasionally take longer as the Marshmallow Club studio is located in a rural area.
• If you have not received your order within 10 business days (within Australia), please contact me and I will launch an investigation with the responsible delivery service. Please note that Marshmallow Club is not responsible for any delays to your order whilst it is in transit.
• All products are made to order. If you require something urgently, please let me know via the customer note box when you are checking out, or by sending an email to: email@example.com
• All orders are sent with tracking and you will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your order is fulfilled. If you are unsure, check your junk folder or send me an email.
• In times of heavy volume or extreme weather there may be a delay in delivery. I appreciate your understanding.
