All products purchased at Marshmallow Club are covered by our Returns Policy.
With Proof of Purchase
If the product you have purchased from Marshmallow Club is faulty, damaged, inedible or defective, we will happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method or exchange the product WITH YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE.
Marshmallow Club happily trades under the “NSW Fair Trading Act Policy”.
Marshmallow Club reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy. To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide us with a of proof of purchase / valid receipt and notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Marshmallow Club offers replacements or a refund for orders that have gone missing in transit. NO REFUNDS FOR ITEMS DELAYED BY COVID-19.
“Changed your Mind” or “Not used Items”
In addition to claims for faulty or defective products, we will happily provide a Credit Voucher or exchange on your non-food items or conditional items listed below where you have changed your mind, provided you return the product to us unopened, in its original packaging and with a valid receipt / proof of purchase within 7 days of purchase.
We do not have to offer you a refund on “Change of Mind” or "Not Used"
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange for a change of mind or “not used” on:
Any Marshmallow or edible product (because we don’t know how they have been handled or stored once they have left our store)
Due to "NSW Food Handling Laws"
Without Proof of Purchase
Marshmallow Club reserves the right to deny a Refund, Credit Note or Exchange without proof of purchase or equivalent to (bank statement or credit card statement can help us hopefully!)
